To improve the current support service system, we’re using Kayako engine and use ticket submissions as method of support. You can try it out by logging into our system with your user-name and password that you registered when you purchase our products.

If you are requesting for a theme support or a paid customization service, please log in, submit a ticket, and explain your problem in details. In the ticket submission, you may also provide us your WP or FTP credentials if you feel that it’s necessary to do so (particularly when it comes to thumbnail problems). We believe that these details enable us to find the problems faster. And don’t worry, we will always keep these details confidential.

In addition, please keep in mind that we might be located in a different time zone than you are as we’re in GMT+7 (Bandung, Indonesia). Our working-hours is from 08:00am to 03:00pm, from Monday to Saturday, and our office is closed on public and national holidays. We will try our best to respond to your requests in 24 hours.
